"When my water heater died I happened to remember the Thumbtack ad I had seen on TV. I went to the Thumbtack website and even though it was Sunday, within minutes I received a reply from Alabama Plumbing Pros. Sending messages back and forth, we worked out a deal and then talked by phone to arrange for them to come to my house. They arrived on time and did everything they had agreed to do. They fixed a couple of leaks in my water pipes and installed a new gas water heater. I am more than satisfied with the work they did. I didn't like the location of my old water heater so Ben suggested a better location for the new installation. I really liked his idea. It probably cost him more to install it that way but he didn't charge extra for it. Ben and Amy, the owners of Alabama Plumbing Pros are very nice, friendly folks.
